These meaty smoked ribs will have you gnawing at the bone like a caveman wanting more and more. Absolutely delicious cooked low and slow at about 140C for an hour and then cranking up the heat to 200C, drizzle with a little honey and bake for a further 10 minutes. Serve with corn-on-the-cob, no knives and forks needed.
